Please make a reservation only if you are highly likely to be able to come to the store. If there is any chance you might not be able to make it, please refrain from making a reservation.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation, it will be treated as a cancellation. We also decline reservations from customers who frequently cancel appointments.
